Will there be any delays processing my order due to Covid-19?

Please rest assured, our team continues working normal business hours and processes the orders in the best manner possible with health and safety measures in place. Unfortunately the current situation exists on a global basis and some suppliers might be affected stronger than others. All orders should be prepared and shipped within 2-7 business days.

Can I expect delivery delays due to the current situation?

We are working in very close contact with our suppliers to make sure your order is processed within the best possible time frame. However delivery might take longer under current circumstances. Please rest assured that a suitable solution can be found to any situation to keep our customers happy.
