Shipping Policy

Shipping costs to the United Sates of America are free, our delivery times are generally 14 to 30 working days from the date of the order, if another delivery method is proposed, the delivery time will be specified if it differs from the time initial. Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Friday will only be processed the following Monday morning from 8 a.m. Due to high demand for some of our products, such as items made to order, delivery times can sometimes take longer than expected. Please note that due to COVID-19 shipping can take longer than expected.

REFUND POLICY

Our exchange or refund guarantee is valid for 14 days, after this deadline, we will no longer be able to offer you a refund or an exchange. We only replace defective or damaged items.
